The annual meeting will take place on Sunday, September 7th, 2008 beginning at 11:00 a.m. and ending about 2:00 p.m.
The site for this years meeting will be the same as in recent years.

In addition to the officers and caption coordinator reports, old and new business, we will elect the following officers:
Vice-President - 2 Year Term
Secretary-Treasurer - 2 Year Term
Color Guard Caption Representative - 2 Year Term
Music Caption Head - 2 Year Term
The caption coordinator will be appointed by the president.
